2.If your order includes customizations, we will provide a mock-up of your custom center label and plaque within 24 - 48 hours for your approval.

3.Your order will be carefully prepared and shipped within 4 business days. If your order includes customizations, it will be dispatched within 4 business days after your mock-up approval. All orders ship free of charge within the United States.

Are the records real?
Yes! The records are real vinyl records.
Can I play the record on a turntable (Record player)?
No! The vinyl records are coated with a metallic finish through a multi-step electroplating process. They are NOT playable on a turntable, as doing so would damage both the plating and the needle of the record player.
Do the framed awards come with real glass?
Yes, the framed awards comes encased in real glass.
How do I order a custom record award?
1.Simply click on Our Services, and then click on Custom Gold & Platinum Record Awards.
Choose the size you would like and the record color, fill in the details for your customization, and upload any necessary files. Once everything is set, click "Add to Cart" and complete the checkout process.
2.After we confirm your order, we’ll provide you with a mock-up of your record center label & custom plaque within approximately 24 - 48 hours.
3. Once you approve the mock-up, we’ll ship your custom order free of charge (Untied States only) within 4 business days.
