Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. As we offer both physical products and custom digital services, our refund policy differs depending on what you purchase.

Gold & Platinum Record Awards & Physical Products

If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right, you can return the item in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of receiving it for a refund.

If you decide to request a refund during the design stage, after mock-up revisions have been completed but before production has begun, your refund will be processed as soon as possible.

While we're happy to provide free shipping on eligible orders, please note that for returned items, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

For domestic USA orders, a flat fee of $25.00 will be deducted to cover our initial shipping and handling costs. For international orders, your refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Return postage is also the customer's responsibility.

For peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Once your item has been received and inspected to ensure it is in its original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Custom Music Videos

Due to the personalised nature of our Custom Music Video service, music video orders are non-refundable once work on your project has begun.

Each music video is created specifically for your song and creative direction. Once work begins, our video editor dedicates time to sourcing suitable licensed footage, editing your video, and bringing your creative brief to life. These production and editing costs are incurred specifically for your individual project and cannot be recovered.

We understand that you may want changes after seeing your first video preview. That's why your order includes unlimited revisions within your original creative direction, giving you the opportunity to request changes until you're happy with your finished video.

Please keep in mind that unlimited revisions apply to the original creative direction provided with your order. A significant change to the concept, story, style, or overall creative direction after editing has begun may require additional work and could incur an additional fee.

If you need to cancel your music video order, please contact us at Brad@studiosound77.com as soon as possible. If work on your project has not yet begun, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss your cancellation and refund.
