Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason it’s not quite right, you can return the item in its original condition and packaging within 10 days for a refund.

If you decide to request a refund during the design stage after mock-up revisions have been completed, your refund will be processed as soon as possible.

While we are happy to provide free shipping on all orders, please note that for any returned items, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. For domestic USA orders, a flat fee of $25.00 is deducted to cover our initial shipping costs. For international orders, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

For peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during their journey back to us. Once your item is received and inspected to ensure it is in its original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
